There are 3 designated parking bays located directly to the front of Town Hall in a private service road accessed from Paradise Circus Queensway. The service road enables drop off and accessible parking on a strictly prearranged basis. Please contact Town Hall directly for more information if accessible parking is required.

There is level direct access into Town Hall from entrances approached from Victoria Square and Paradise Street. Automatic double doors lead directly into the ground floor reception area.

The main public reception desk is located in the lobby area on the ground floor of the building. The reception counter is at a height which is accessible to all visitors. There is a built in induction loop within the auditorium and at all service points.


There are bar areas on the lower ground floor of the building and the upper bar situated in the circle on the second floor. The lower bar houses exhibits detailing the history of Birmingham and Town Hall building.
