Car Park and Drop Off

The Car Park is accessed via Dean Street. It is operated by an entry keypad. The keypad is at a height of 1420mm. There are 8 parking bays available.

There is no designated drop off area. Customers could use the entrance to the Car Park on Dean Street where there is a dropped kerb and tactile paving leading onto a level pavement. The Entrance is located by turning right at the end of Dean Street.

Access at Entrance

The reception lobby is accessed via double doors opening inwards. Only one door is normally open however the other half can be opened upon request. There is a lip of approximately 45mm at the threshold of the Entrance.

Reception

Reception is manned Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm, Saturday: 10am-7pm and Sunday: 11am-5pm. There is an out of hours emergency contact on the exterior of the building.

There is Wi-Fi available in all apartments and cabled access.

There are external telephones available in all apartments.

There is a chip and pin machine available.

An induction loop is available in reception.

Access to all areas

Stairs to upper levels are accessed directly from the reception lobby.

The passenger lift gives access to all upper floors, it is accessed directly from the reception lobby.
