Buses run frequently along the Main Road, both towards and away from the City Centre. There are Bus Stops within 100 metres of the Hotel Entrance.

Car Park

The Hotel Car Park has three accessible parking spaces available and these are monitored by Staff to ensure only blue badge holders utilise the spaces. The Car Park is charged at £3 per day for residents only.

Access at Entrance

The Main Entrance is accessed via double, automatic, sliding doors. These lead into the Reception Lobby. The doors stay open long enough for all visitors to pass through safely. Alternatively visitors can use the Car Park Entrance, which leads directly into the Reception Lobby. The door is easy to open with accessible handles and weather protection is provided.


The Reception Desk is permanently staffed. An induction loop has been installed for customers who require one. There is a portable chip and pin machine for customers to use when making payments. There are two internet access desks situated in the Reception Lobby. These are charged at a rate of £3 for two hours usage and are available at all times. The Restaurant is on the Ground Floor, to the left of the Reception, and is open daily. A variety of hot and cold food and drinks are available at the self service buffet.


There are four accessible bedrooms on the Ground Floor, with a further two on each subsequent floor. All of these rooms have en-suites, complete with accessible shower facilities. Each accessible room has a low level peephole and an accessible desk and wardrobe area. All standard bedrooms at this hotel are en-suite and operated via a key-card entry system. Standard rooms are available over the five accommodation floors. Every room has a television which receives both national and international channels. Visitors are permitted to bring one pet per room to accompany them on their stay, please note that there may be a charge of £3 for this.

The unisex accessible toilet is located just off the Reception Lobby and is clearly signed. This facility is kept unlocked for free access at all times.

The customer lifts are located within the Reception Lobby and offer access to all upper floors. The lifts can only be accessed using your room key-card. The stairs are located off the Reception Lobby and offer access to all upper floors.
