Car Park and Drop Off

There are three car parks – Moor St, Centre and Edgbaston St – with ample accessible spaces. There are lifts giving step free access to all shopping levels. Shop Mobility is also located in the car park area.


Both Moor Street and New Street Rail Stations are adjacent to Bullring. There are bus stops and taxi ranks close to most entrances.

Access at entrance

All of the Entrances at Bullring are fully accessible for all users. All Entrances have glass doors which are usually left open. The customer assistance desk is located on Level Two just inside the Middle West entrance.


The Customer Assistance desk is located on Level Two Middle Mall West. Staff here are able to help with most customer needs.


All floors have accessible toilets available. All areas of the site has step free access enabling all users to gain access to all shops, restaurants and facilities.

Access to all areas

Bullring has step free access via lifts to all areas. There are also escalators and stairs available. The surrounding shopping areas are all pedestrianised.
